Sue Stevens
Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience ManagerWith a background in customer service and sales, Sue enjoys working at an organisation that really does put the customer first. Having returned from working in the regulated side of Thames Water she brings a wealth of experience and focus in helping customers find the solutions they need. Sue also translates that into the Marketing function, ensuring customers receive the messages they need when they need them.
Hannah Marshall
Operations ManagerSince joining Property Searches in 2003, Hannah has managed a variety of aspects of the business from customer service, search production, supplier and contract management and compliance. In June 2013 she took on the role of Operations Manager to oversee our production, supplier and IT teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service through our people, our relationships and system capabilities.
Stephanie Savva
Customer Care ManagerSteph joined Property Searches in 2021 as a Team Leader and has now taken on the role as Customer Care Manager in 2022. Prior to Property Searches, Steph was a Deputy Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the insurance sector. She comes with a wealth of experience in the finance and banking industry and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Steph was also accountable for coaching, motivating and developing new members to cultivate their skills and knowledge. She thrives on a challenge and has a proven track record of high performance under challenging circumstances.
Lewis Glancy
Customer Experience Team LeaderLewis joined Thames Water in 2015 in our Operational Service Team. In 2017 Lewis moved to Property Searches and has worked in various roles including customer service, compliance, and supporting our systems. Lewis has a wealth of knowledge within Property Searches and is passionate at keeping customers at the heart of everything we do. Empowering and motivating the Customer Team to seamlessly support our customers searches journey.
Renee Truter
Product Delivery ManagerRenee has more than20 years' experience of property searches behind her. Having worked in various roles since joining the team she now manages the overall production of Drainage and Water search enquiries as well as being responsible for managing relationships with our suppliers. Bringing all her customer experience, history and focus into the fold, Renee's vision is to ensure that we maintain our very high-quality standards whilst ensuring that a first-class exceptional customer service is always delivered.
Carl Johnson
Business Systems & Process ManagerCarl has been involved in the production and management of drainage and water enquiries for over 15 years and has been responsible for managing relationships with our suppliers for our ‘One Stop Shop’ as well as identifying and developing new products. In his current role, Carl is managing all of Property Searches IT requirements ensuring our systems are supported and continually developed to help with the delivery of Property Searches strategic plans.
Emma Knight
Contracts, Compliance & Change ManagerEmma joined Property Searches in 2005. Having worked in various roles in the department, including customer service, product delivery and compliance, Emma has a wealth of knowledge about the business. Emma now manages the overall compliance of the department to ensure that we maintain our high-quality standards and can continue to deliver for our customers.
