NOTIFICATION OF PRICE CHANGES

As I sit and reflect on what has been yet another busy and demanding year, I would like to start by thanking all our customers for their continued support and business.

I think we can all recognise that 23/24 is going to be challenging for many reasons not least due to rising costs in just about everything that impacts on business and people alike. With that in mind I am formally announcing a price increase on all searches produced by Thames Water Property Searches and hereby giving a 90-day notice period with prices taking effect on the 1st of April 2023. As in previous years we have always based our increase on RPI but as this currently sits at 14.2%, we have taken the decision to cap the increase at 10%

This will be our first price change in 5 Years and is not only a result of significant rises in running any business but is also a result of us investing heavily in our business systems over the coming months which we need to do to keep bringing you the same great service and turnaround times you have come to expect from Property Searches.
