Notification of Price Changes

From 1st April 2024 Thames Water Property Searches will be increasing the prices of its searches, which include the CON29DW Residential, CON29DW Commercial, Asset Location Search and the Sewer Flooding History Report.


Costs will rise by 6% keeping in line with RPI at the time the 2024/25 budget was set.
